Based On The Former Education And Employment Objectives Of Graduate Level Study

As the advanced professional elites cultivated by our country, postgraduates are important human resources in the country's "Scientific and Educational China" policy, so they should play a leading part in every profession in our country's economy. Thus postgraduate employments not only affect students' futures, but also affect the country's long layout and aim of high education further planning in fully using human resources.The system of postgraduate employments has been developing among with the postgraduate education development. Under the new circumstance, old postgraduate educational modes , concepts of seeking jobs and some contradictions between our country's human resource regulations and employment regulations give further sight in postgraduate employment problem and affect the development of higher education. From comparing and analyzing the currently study about postgraduate employments and by deep investigations on postgraduates and corporations, this paper considers that vocational education before obtaining employment is very important way to solve the postgraduate employment problem, particularly for postgraduates and universities.The paper's structure is:Firstly, from looking back the development of postgraduate education and postgraduate's employment policy of our country, analyzing the reasons of currently postgraduate employment, the author considered that the problem of postgraduate employment is becoming very severity and gave some ways to solve it .One useful way of them is to enhance the vocational education before obtaining employment. Then, according the postgraduate education and the characteristic of postgraduates, the author defined the meaning of the vocational education before obtaining employment and introduced some instances inside and outside of our country. Finally, considering current employment situation of postgraduate in our country, by deep investigations on postgraduates and universities, the author pointed out that enhancing the vocational education before obtaining employment is the important way to solve the postgraduate employment problem. There are two mainly parts about the author's suggestions. One part is about strengthening job-obtaining guidance and careers-design during postgraduate period at the campus. On the other hand, according the realism of postgraduate education , how to improve the comprehensive ,practice and innovation quality of postgraduate is more important task for enhancing vocational education before obtaining employment to the universities.
