The Problem Of Employment Of College Graduates And Countermeasures Research

The higher education in our country realized the leapfrog development from"the elite education"to"the popular education", during the end of"ninth-five"year plan to"tenth- five"year plan. With the increase in the number of graduates, the inadaptability of the training specification, structure in higher education to the needs of the economic and social development became incompatible prominently. The obtaining employment of graduate has become difficult for the harmonious society development. The graduates of higher vocational colleges are the difficulties and emphases. This study starts with the status of the graduates in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the cause of formation of employment problems, and suggests a countermeasure to solve the problems.The paper consists of five parts:Chapter I. Introduction. To introduce the researching origin and signification, to offer the content of the paper and the researching methods.Chapter II. The contrast between the developing course of the higher professional education in our country and the obtaining employment pattern of the college graduates at home and abroad.
