A Study On The Construction Of Traffic Vocational Schools In Pingxiang City Of Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of Educational Group

Vocational education group of schools set up enterprises,government,vocational institutions,social institutions in one,through the sharing of resources,complementary advantages,school-enterprise cooperation,order training,etc.For the social and economic creation of great benefits,increasingly concerned about the community and academia.Based on the educational group as the background,this paper studies the specific situation of the traffic vocational school in Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province.The paper first introduces the school to form the Pingxiang Automobile Vocational Education Group,and then finds out that the school set up the educational group after the professional settings,personnel training,curriculum,teacher team building,student management and skills-based school to create features obviously and achieved good results.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of school leaders and business leaders,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the school after forming the Pingxiang City traffic vocational school education group,and analyzes the teachers' and constraints.The paper analyzes the practice of modern English apprenticeship,the Dutch Rotterdam shipping center,and the NIIT and other foreign excellent vocational education schools,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures from the internal and external levels for the constraints of the school.The internal level is mainly for the implementation of teacher teaching and corporate training diversification,improve the incentive system to stimulate students to learn interest,to take the only education strategy to enhance the construction of teachers,improve the vocational education system;the external level is to ask the government and the financial sector to provide a policy and financial support to the vocational education group,to the community to do some more on the concept of vocational education grouping propaganda,to enhance the visibility of vocational education group and so on.
