This paper takes Zheng Guihua's effective teaching thought as the research object, and discusses the significance of her effective teaching idea and strategy to the Chinese class teaching.The thesis is divided into three parts: The first part summarizes the thought of effective teaching,including the composition, characteristics and significance of effective teaching. The second part elaborates Zheng Guihua effective teaching implementation, from two aspects to elaborate: First, how to dig the core value of the text; Second, how to grasp the class teaching strategies and skills. The third part discusses the development and maturity of Zheng Guihua's Chinese teaching, and analyzes her process significance from professional consciousness to major consciousness. Mainly from her stage of work -professional consciousness to major consciousness to talk about Zheng Guihua how to become a famous teacher.This paper argues that the property of Chinese subject is very different from other subjects. As a humanities, Chinese is our important communication tool, so Chinese teaching is very important. Zheng Guihua teacher become a national teacher from a front-line teacher,this process has big inspiration. Her teaching method and idea also has a strong guiding significance to the improvement of today's Chinese class teaching.
