In may,2016,"The advice on strengthening school sports and promoting the comprehensive development in body and mind" that General Office of Central People's Government painted and distributed furthers the reformation and development of gym education and promotes students physical and mental health.From "The advice given by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council on strengthening the youth sports and building up the youth body" issued in 2007 to the requirements in "National medium and long-term educational reform and development program(2010-2020)" put forward by the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirits in the series of important speeches made by GeneralSecretary Xi Jinping,which are not difficult to understand that increasingly importance has been attached to school PE education and Chinese adolescent physical quality in our country.In 2011,the office of Ministry of education formally issued in the compulsory education stage school notice "sports,art 2+1 project".After that,"sports,art 2+1 project" is put forward nationally under the guidance of new coursestandard of physical education and health.Jingmen has made a big progress in "sports,art 2+1 project"(which is short for "2+1" project)in recent years,which has great significant meaning for improving education for all-round development andpromoting students healthy growth.Especially in 2014,on the basis of the wide development of intracurricular and extracurricular gym and art education activities,Education Bureau of Jingmen City put forward the activity of "one school,two characteristics"(which means there are two characteristics,sports characteristics and art characteristics in one school)to further carry out the implementation of "2+1" project.Subsequently,the implementation of this project has been the response and support of many schools in different districts,and all kinds of physical education and art specialist schools have been built up.In this thesis,the subject of the study is the status of "sports,art 2+1 project" in the implementation of the sports in the primary schools of Duodao District,Jingmen City.Based on the previous study,documentary analysis,questionaireinvestigation,interview,field investigation,statisticanalysisandlogicalanalysis and other research methods are used in this thesis to investigate the development status in primary schoolsof Duodao District,Jingmen City,analyze the undertaken factors of "sports,art 2+1 project" in the implementation of the sports in the primary schools of Duodao District,Jingmen City,and aim at the status of the implementation of the primary schools of Duodao District,which can provide the reference for the implementation of"sports,art 2+1 project" comprehensively and extensively.The results indicate:(1)Different understandings of"2+1”project in different schools lead to the different phenomenon of the implementation and the results of"2+1"project.(2)Thelacknessof outlay for building fieldsand buying facilities both have a bad influence to the furtherimplementation of"2+1”project.(3)The overall age structure of P.E.teacher presents rejuvenation,which has obvious advantages,but the proportion of the full-time teachers are small,what's more,thespecialized teachers of the partial traditional sports major are scarce.(4)To further implement "2+1" project deeply,more perfect system of the implementation needs to be built and the cognition consciousness of the parents,the students and the school also needs to be strengthened,which can achieve the sustainable development of "2+1" project.
