The Current Situation Analysis Of "One School One Project"characteristic Sports Project In Primary Schools Of Xining

“One School,One Project” refers to the characteristic physical project which aims at helping the students master the skill and have the ability to get in-class teaching and extracurricular activities interconnected,this project requires the combination of faculty,facilities and geographical position of the school,and its ultimate purpose is to provide a new route for the school sports development.In 2016,Xining Education Commission issued the document--compulsory education of primary and secondary schools in Xining city "sports,art 2 + 1 project" notice of the implementation plan [2016] no.68 ",which requires schools at all levels to build characteristic sport pilot schools,in a different form of sports activities,promoting the overall sports participation,give full play to the longitudinal effect of" One School One Project” in the primary school sports,so that the students in the nine-year compulsory phase with at least one kind of sport skill and lay a foundation for students' lifelong sports awareness and ability.This thesis takes to primary schools in Xining of Qinghai province as the research object,to investigate the current situation of characteristic sport ‘'One School,One Project”,they are Tao Yuan,primary school,Kunlun Road primary school,North Street primary school,West Street primary school,South Mountain Road primary school respectively.Research methods such as literature review,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and data processing methods were adopted to investigate and analyze the current situation of "One School,One Project”characteristics sport of primary schools of Xining,which can help to provide reference for physical education of primary school in Xining.The research results show that:1.In terms of sport project selection,the "one school,one Project" characteristic sports carried out by schools are mainly ball games and gymnastics sports.2.Each school has a good foundation for the development of sports with its own characteristics.In terms of hardware facilities,schools have been working on optimizing site facilities and equipment,and introducing advanced equipment for teachers and students to use.At present,the venues and facilities of all schools are developing towards standardization,which has met the development needs of oneschool and one Project;in terms of software facilities,the teaching materials of physical education teachers also conformed with national standard.Five schools surveyed adjusted the number of faculty according to the current situation of the school,and some schools employed external physical teachers to supplement the professional teachers.3.The expenditure for "one school,one Project" was mainly self-funding.In terms of special fund applied by the four schools for campus football was used for the purchasing instruments and equipment.4.Schools curried out "one school one Project" mainly in the form of after class exercises,community activities,extracurricular activities,after-school training and competitions.At the same time,characteristic sports program were included in the teaching plan and classes were taught with different levels of teaching objectives.5.The development of "one school,one Project" characteristic sports program has achieved excellent results in after-school training and competitions,which has been unanimously praised by schools,parents and society.To a certain extent,it has improved the physical health condition of students and enhanced their confidence.Through the relevant sports competitions,it has improved the popularity of schools and gradually created the school sports characteristic brand.
