This research is suzhou yangshan experimental schools’ students as theresearch object, by empirical studies to determine the current primary andmiddle school students’ consciousness of intellectual property level; Basedon physical teaching, combining the education innovation of intellectualproperty rights education and penetration of the teaching mode for aexperiment teaching, and to find the innovation education and intellectualproperty rights education of combining the teaching mode is beneficial toenhancing the students’ awareness of innovation and intellectual propertyrights protection consciousness, whether it helps students’ all-rounddevelopment; Expect the teaching mode can be extended to the wholecountry, intellectual property rights education popularization for futurereference.This research method by using the literature analysis and comparativeresearch and analysis on intellectual property rights education of foreigncause attention to determine the necessity of intellectual property rightseducation, summarizes the domestic and foreign intellectual property rightseducation experience in the practice of intellectual property rights educationteaching for studying the model provides reference; By questionnaire,analyzes suzhou yangshan experimental school students’ intellectualproperty rights and innovation in the level of consciousness that jiangsuprovince and even the whole country intellectual property rights awarenesslevel, in order to improve the teaching pattern of the necessity to providedata support; Using exploratory research method, experimental schools inyangshan physics teaching of pilot teaching practice research, sureeducation and intellectual property rights education innovation combiningthe teaching mode, the feasibility and effect.Research results show that the yangshan experimental school overallconsciousness of intellectual property level is low, innovation awarenesslevel fair; In the same year, the study result good class intellectual property rights and innovation consciousness level is higher than all poorperformance in school class, and significant difference; The senior andjunior intellectual property level higher than the lower grade, andinnovation, on the level of consciousness; After a year of physical teachingreform practice, the students’ intellectual property rights and innovation forraising the level of consciousness, and the academic record good classintellectual property level degree bigger, and poor performance in schoolclass innovation consciousness level degree bigger; After the practiceteaching, intellectual property rights and innovation in the level ofconsciousness are significant narrowing grade difference.The current, high school level of awareness of intellectual propertyrights is really low, but innovation consciousness is compatible, therefore, tocontinue the intellectual property related education; In the physics teachinginnovation education penetrate and intellectual property rights educationteaching mode to raise students’ consciousness of intellectual property level,to raise students’ innovation consciousness level, also to raise students’learning achievement, especially for poor born class effect is remarkable.Therefore, the teaching mode is worth in other disciplines teachingpromotion, worth in the nationwide scale.
