Badminton as a culturally long, elegant fashion, and high popularity movement, is now one of general sports enthusiasts affection is preferred. Issued due to the rapid development of badminton sport, and state the implementation of the national fitness program, the people who take part in the badminton fitness is increasing,with all sizes of amateur badminton club also developed quickly. As the forefront of reform and opening up, zhejiang province, is the birthplace of China’s private economy in wenzhou, wenzhou social forces of badminton club full implementation of the national fitness program.Based on the current situation of wenzhou amateur badminton club to carry out the research, the basic situation of the club, manager, badminton coach and consumer such as survey as the basis, find out the problems existing in the current situation of the development, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures of sustainable development, to the club to make wenzhou badminton lovers needs are met, to provide theoretical basis for the badminton coach and the club management personnel, to promote healthy development of the wenzhou badminton and implement the national fitness program. This paper applied the methods of documentary, expert interview method to investigate the current situation of the development of wenzhou amateur badminton club and analysis, found the following problems:1 .The club’s simple publicity channels, publicity is limited; 2. The uneven distribution of the club, the venue smaller; 3. The charge standard of the club is uneven, service project diversification; 4. The club’s management system is not perfect, the service quality level is not high; 5. The club’s coaches level is not balanced, the training quality is not high. 6. A few club development model simplification.Combined with the present situation of wenzhou amateur badminton club,management status and operation status quo, coaches, current situation and the status quo of the consumer and the problems existing in the club put forward sustainable development countermeasures:1.
