Research On Team Building Of Teachers For The Ideological And Political Theory Course In Ningxia Colleges And Universities

From 2006 onwards,all colleges and universities across the country began to implement the new curriculum reform of a new round of Ideological and political education,the Ministry of education in 2016 to further implement the "College Ideological and political theory course construction system innovation plan" established "2016-2020 high school ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching Guidance Committee" in the national scope,layers of integration and Reform for the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities teachers put forward higher requirements and challenges.From the teachers in our country in recent years of age,the ideological and political education workers generally tend to be younger,the comprehensive quality of youth education workers'political consciousness,occupation spirit,educational philosophy and educational level directly affects the ideological and political course teaching quality and the overall level of.Therefore,how to cultivate and build an excellent high-quality ideological and political theory course teachers team is particularly critical.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background,significance and innovation;the second part mainly introduces the general theory of the ideological and political education and teachers team construction;related to the result of the questionnaire with the third part analyzes the current situation of Ningxia College Ideological and political theory education in the construction of the fourth part;the main introduction of Ningxia universities in the construction of the ideological and political education of the teachers,and the concept of two reasons analysis problems from subjective and objective;the fifth part puts forward relevant ways to promote the ideological and political education in Ningxia teachers team construction and suggestions,and the paper gives a comprehensive summary.
