A Study On The Construction Of Teachers Of Ideological And Politicai Theory Course In Middle Schools In The New Era

In August 2019,the general office of the CPC central committee and the general office of the state council issued several opinions on deepening the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses in schools in the new era,calling for the construction of a team of ideological and political teachers with strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,self-discipline and positive personality.The primary and secondary school stage is the student world outlook,the outlook on life,the value value formation key period,speaks the elementary and secondary school thought politics lesson,guides the primary and secondary school student to buckle the life first button,is each elementary and secondary school thought politics lesson teacher's sacred duty and the glorious mission.In recent years,the construction of ideological and political course teachers in middle schools also presents a series of problems,so it is imperative to further strengthen the construction of ideological and political course teachers in middle and primary schools.During the study,this paper mainly adopts the literature research to define the concept,the analysis and induction on the ideological and political teachers team construction to find theoretical basis,with the method of interviews and theory with practice,study our country's at present middle school ideological and political theory course teachers survival present situation,problems and seek to solve the path.The results show that the ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools in China have high mobility,age polarization,In view of the problems mentioned above,the author will propose the construction path from three aspects:country,school and teachers themselves.
