The student is the important foundation of the education. Teachers are engineers of human souls, entrusted with qualified personnel for China's socialist modernization drive train characteristics important tasks. College Ideological and Political Theory Teachers(Hereinafter referred to as "Ideological Teachers") are our teacher troops in colleges and universities as an important force, is theory, line, principles and policies of our party and country preacher, is a mentor and guide of University Student growth.Requirements of modern education are constantly improving with the times, teachers are required not only to have sufficient stock of knowledge and teaching ability, but have a high quality of political, cultural cultivation, innovation and personality charm.Therefore, the university ideological and political course teachers and its quality of management, directly determines the Campus Ideological Education Efficacy level.At present, the ideological and political course has becoming an inefficient course, lower rates of attendance, low rotation rate, which in addition to the reasons of ideological and political theory class itself strong, more of a theoretical attainment and ideological and political course teachers, teaching and charisma are, therefore strengthening the ideological and political course teachers, help to improve the ideological and political course teaching effectiveness. The survey found that the overall status of the Campus Ideological Teachers Hunan Province is good: reasonable structure of teachers, state policy attention. However, some colleges and universities ideological and political course, there are some undeniable problems, including: lack of ideals and beliefs, political position is not firm; poor theoretical foundation, the lower the level of teaching and research; a lower degree of professional identity,enthusiasm waning; Teacher team generalization ability and quality varies greatly;occupational division of labor is not clear, the management system is incomplete. The main causes of these problems are: the complex changes in the social environment,the impact of teachers and state of mind; multi-national policies, but poor conditions in place; career aspirations are not clear, the lack of teaching and research motivation;large living and working pressure, the more opportunities for study time less so on.Therefore, we must strengthen the ideological and political course of College Teachers' Construction. Strengthen ideological and political course of teachers should be from the community and the country, school teachers each individual to proceed to strengthen the construction of the external environment, organization-building,institutional mechanisms for building and construction of teachers' personal political business in the whole society to form a joint management, mutual promotion the whole mechanism. The only way to guarantee the fundamental scientific ideological and political course teachers' construction and sustainable development.
