| For universities,the teacher is the most important and key talents who affect the comprehensive competitiveness of colleges and the quality of talent cultivation,and they also affect the realization of scientific research and innovation.Experts and scholars on the research results of work satisfaction are very rich,but there are few studies on the work satisfaction of teachers,especially the research satisfaction on scientific of university teachers.Giving more attention to university teachers’ work satisfaction on scientific research has important significance for stabilizing the scientific research team in colleges and improving their work motivation.With the base of the incentive theory in management and the sample of S university,the study investigated the teachers’ satisfaction on scientific research during November to December,2016 through WeChat,QQ and other social software combining with questionnaire site to extend,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method and so on,and questionnaire investigation is the main research tool.The main contents of the survey are satisfaction on scientific research and policy environment,the scientific research management and environment of school,the relationship in scientific research,the salary and promotion system and the influence of the overall satisfaction on scientific research in colleges from different dimensions.On the foundation of the questionnaire about teachers’ satisfaction on scientific research in S university,the survey evaluated the overall satisfaction on scientific research according to the demographic characteristics and the satisfaction on scientific research and policy in scientific research,the salary and promotion system and others,using multivariate regression to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction on scientific research from environment,the scientific research management and environment of school,the relationship different angles and the factors influencing the overall satisfaction on the basis of factor analysis.The research result shows that the overall satisfaction on scientific research in S university is general,the degree of demographic characteristics,the types of scientific research subject and number of research projects,the policy of project application in scientific research environment,the service attitude and efficiency in financial reimbursement,the technical equipments in scientific research environment,the interpersonal relationship with team members,the compensation and promotion in scientific research and other factors have a significant impact on overall satisfaction of teachers in scientific research.The policy of project funds is the main factor that makes the teacher dissatisfy the scientific research and policy environment most.The teacher has the highest degree of satisfaction to the scientific research management,especially for the school’s attention and support on scientific research.The biggest reason is the informatization level of reimbursement on funds.The satisfaction on scientific research environment is low,the lowest project is the opportunity of learning and training,the biggest factor is the atmosphere of scientific research.Relatively speaking,the satisfaction on interpersonal relationship is high.The major factor is students’ ability on scientific research,which is also the lowest satisfaction.The general attitude on scientific compensation and promotion is for the influence of research products on job title promotion,while satisfaction with the lowest project is gained by the scientific salary reward.Based on the thorough analysis about the influence factors of satisfaction on local university scientific research,the paper presents suggestions to promote the teacher’s satisfaction on scientific research,such as further perfecting the relevant scientific research policy,establishing reasonable financial reimbursement regulations,strengthening the construction of financial department informationization and improving the service quality and efficiency,providing more training opportunities for teachers,enhancing the support of technical equipment,improving the students’ ability of scientific research,promoting and the relationship between team members,standardizing and strict enforcing the scientific compensation and promotion policies,etc. |
