In the research method, This paper uses the literature analysis, questionnaires, etc., research and practical research in the literature, based on their own after the preparation of the reliability and validity testing of the college teacher job satisfaction questionnaire. Using this test the questionnaire, select colleges and universities in Hubei Province conducted a survey of 600 teachers, and a statistical analysis of valid data. The results are as follows:1.
