As Work Value Orientation theory is put forward, demotic and abroad researchers mainly study this theory for professional position staff, administrative assistant, self-employed, private sector, government workers, primary and secondary school teachers and special education teachers as the research object and on the work value orientation of the definition, structure, measurement, influence factors and influence. However, the existing literature which bases on the research of university teachers and related factors in Work Value Orientation theory is scarce. Teachers in universities as specific workers, the work content and work to the state personnel training have important influence. This study will use full-time university teachers as the research object, apply the methods of questionnaire survey, exploratory factors analysis, confirmatory factors analysis, cluster and correlation analysis to exploring the distribution of management on university teachers and ascending job satisfaction.This study consists of seven parts, the first chapter is introduction, the second chapter is literature review and theoretical assumptions, the third chapter is the research design, the fourth chapter is the analysis of data, the fifth chapter is the conclusion, the sixth chapter is the countermeasure and the suggestion, the seventh chapter is the study on insufficient and prospect.The conclusions are as follows:1.Three components influence university-teachers’ work value orientation: value/career factor, promotion/profession factor, finance /subsistence. Value/career has negative correlation with promotion/profession and finance /subsistence. There is a positive correlation between promotion/profession and finance /subsistence.2.Three categories of university teachers’ work value orientation are subsistence-orientation, profession-orientation and career-orientation. Three categories of work value orientation of the proportion from high to low order for career-orientation, profession-orientation and subsistence-orientation, and the ratio is respectively 43.06%、25.69%、31.25%.3. A significant correlation between work value orientation and job satisfaction. Generally, depending on all dimensions of job satisfaction, career-orientation is the highest one. Subsistence-orientation is in the last. Profession-orientation is in their midst.4. A significant positive correlation between the various dimensions of the university teachers’ job satisfaction latitude. Work Values Orientation significance factor and job satisfaction was significantly positively related to each dimension, and the promotion of economic factors and job satisfaction factors and dimensions of the relevant section.5.University teachers’ work value orientation has significant relationship with age, title and annual income, has irrelevance of gender, educational background, religion and reputation of college. It should be pointed out age, seniority and title has weak correlation with work value orientation.
