Science and technology along with scientific reserachers play a more and more important role following with the development of knowledge economy. University is an important palce for scientific innovation, meanwhile scientific research is the mission of researchers. To spur the academic innovation and enhance academic researching advantage, it is necessary to promote academic reserachers' job satisfaction to increase scientific output.Based on the related concepts of job satisfaction of university researchers and research output, and the summary of relevant theoretical researches of enterprise employees, and the difference between academic staff and employees, according to the Minnesota Satisfaction Scale and the domestic and foreign satisfaction dimension analysis, the study draws a conclusion of job satisfaction scale for university scientific research personnel. Taken scientific output index system for reference, combined with the domestic and foreign theories for the dimensions of scientific research output, the study designs the academic output research sacle for personnel in universities. Through the questionnaire for research personnel, the study finds significant impact of the job satisfaction of university scientific research personnel to scientific output, enriches the theories of university scientific research personnel satisfaction, improves the the relationship research between university scientific personnel job satisfaction and work output. According to the results of this study, the job satisfaction can be divided into six dimensions (salary and welfare, working pressure, realization of self value, career development, teamwork, school management and environment), and the further steps to increase research output is suggested.This study constructs the job satisfaction scale and the output of the scientific research scale for academic research personnel. The research of job satisfaction of academic research personnel and scientific output will be helpful to grasp the real needs of scientific research personnel, and develop suitable scientific research rules. At the same time, it will also be helpful for the government to provide the necessary policy suggestion to improve job satisfaction of university scientific research personnel, and promote the scientific output to achieve a leap in quality and quantity.
