University Student's Consciousness Of Rule Of Law Status And Education And Countermeasures Research

The rule of law education is an important way to achieve social harmony,is the inevitable requirement of governing the country according to law.For the rule of law education of university students is an indispensable important content in ideological and political education.The fourth plenary session of the eighteenth adopted the decision of the central Committee of the communist party of China on the comprehensive promotion of a number of major issues of law,for promoting the rule by law,the construction socialism country under the rule of law has made the comprehensive deployment,also the rule of law education for university students and improve the university students' consciousness of rule of law put forward new requirements.School is a main land where obtain the rule of law education,but it cannot just rely on school education,family,society and individuals play an important role in the education of law,bear the corresponding responsibility,should be complementary to each other,mutual communication,to form an organic system.The rule of law education for university students' consciousness of rule of law and the rule of law quality improvement to provide help,is committed to cultivating accomplishment of adapted to modern society of the rule of law of the all-round development of pillars just.This article through to the rule of law education,comprehensive background,trends,and other aspects,through the methods of questionnaire investigation,literature research,understand the present situation of university students ' consciousness of the rule of law,and according to its characteristics and studies the corresponding countermeasures and methods.In this paper,in addition to the introduction,is divided into four main parts:The first part of this article expounds the basic concept of the rule of law and the rule of law consciousness and connotation meaning,from the most basic concept and knowledge of related concepts to make interpretation of the rule of law;Again from the rule of law and the rule of law,the importance and significance of the rule of law education and the relationship between the rule of law education and ideological and political education on the aspects of the rule of law;The second part of this article is the results of the investigation and analysis,on the premise,real and effective data for the research results are analyzed about the present situation of university student's consciousness of the rule of law,to recognize the present situation of college students' s education of law;The third part of this article according to the results of the research on the basis of the questionnaire to find the rule of law from all aspects the problems existing in the education: schools,teaching funia not strong,lack of timeliness,less involved in the rule of law practice and method of the single;Family education in the atmosphere is not strong,not enough importance as well as the way is not correct;Social aspects,the influence of traditional culture,the effects of multicultural blend under the background of globalization,the negative impact of mew media use undeserved,all kinds of illegal phenomena increased;A personal level,the rule of law consciousness is limited to written,the rule of law belief superficial,lack of social responsibility,macmillan.The fourth part of this article from family,school,society and individual identified four aspects according to the third part of the problem to analyze the rule of law education related issues,and in combination with the practical situation of knowledge and its countermeasures are put forward.
