Rule Of Law Consciousness And Contemporary College Students' Life Education Research

In recent years, college student suicide and wounding incidents occurred frequently, female lost problem has become a focus of social attention. The rule of law consciousness is an important reason people often ignore. The 18 th party’s national congress reports pointed that improve the quality of citizens’ morality must insist on the combination of rule by law and morals, strengthen and improve the ideological and political work should focus on humane care and psychological counseling. The eighteen session of the fourth plenary session also point that enhance people’s concept of the rule of law is one of the major tasks. Combination of rule by law and rule by morals can also be used in college student life education. Therefore, it is necessary for us to carry out extensive and profound life education to students, and enhance students’ consciousness of the rule of law, improve the effectiveness of life education.This paper has four chapters: First is the introduction part, introduces domestic and international research on College Students’ life education and the consciousness of rule of law, put forward the purpose and significance of this study, points out the research method and the innovation point of this paper; The second is a summary of several relevant concepts of consciousness of rule of law and life education, expounds the theory basis of life education, points out the meaning of life education and consciousness of the rule of law and other related concepts, put forward the rule of law education’s necessity in life education; In the third chapter, through the analysis of investigation on three college students in Qingdao and some real examples, summarizes the problems of college students’ life education, analysis subjective and objective reasons; The fourth chapter, as the core of this paper, puts forward effective way for college students life education from four aspects like the state, family, school and mass media.
