Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Sense Of Rule Of Law

Of the party since eighteen,China has ushered in the development of the rule of law of the new spring.In the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the party made a series of arrangements for the construction and development of the rule of law in our country,which opened a new journey for the development of the rule of law in our country.Contemporary college students are the backbone of the construction of socialist legal system,more should actively participate in the construction of socialist rule of law this cause,which to some extent requires students to have the corresponding legal consciousness.As a man of tremendous promise of national construction,the consciousness of the rule of law in relation to the level of rule of law in the process of our society construction speed.It is in this context that the theoretical research and practical work of College Students' awareness of the rule of law is the focus of attention.This research is based on the new era of rule of law,the concept of the rule of law,legal consciousness,legal consciousness of college students and college students to develop awareness of the rule of law and the related theory as the starting point,adhere to the Marx doctrine of the world outlook and methodology as the guide,expounds the necessity and feasibility of College Students' awareness of the rule of law;through empirical analysis.Fully grasp the status of development of contemporary college students' awareness of the rule of law and the rule of law,focusing on the existing achievement of college students awareness of the rule of law and the main problems are analyzed and studied,the constraints to find law consciousness of contemporary college students to develop the crux of the problem,finally put forward the path of practice and cultivate college students' awareness of the rule of law.This thesis consists of six parts.The first part mainly expounds the background,significance,research methods and existing problems,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly defines the rule of law,legal consciousness,legal consciousness,legal consciousness of college students to develop the concept and the main content and theoretical basis to develop students' awareness of the rule of law are summarized.The third part mainly discusses the importance and feasibility of College Students cultivating the awareness of the rule of law.From promoting China's construction of the rule of law society the inevitable requirement of socialist market economy,the objective needs of the ideological and political education and the main tasks and the necessary conditions for the healthy growth of college students in these four aspects of the importance of College Students' legal awareness;Have a good atmosphere,traditional morality from the social law environment discusses the feasibility of College Students' awareness of the rule of law play a positive role,to provide basic conditions for the ideological and political education and the students themselves have favorable factors in four aspects.The fourth part mainly analyzes the current situation of College Students' awareness of the rule of law and the status quo of College Students' awareness of the rule of law.The fifth part makes a detailed discussion on the efficiency of cultivation of College Students' awareness of the rule of law and the existing problems and causes;the main problems are the lack of awareness of College Students' legal knowledge,weak legal authority and lack of awareness of the constitution,their rights and obligations to be strengthened and the lack of legal faith;The main reasons are the influence of historical and cultural tradition,the reality of social rule of law,the influence of social economic culture,the influence of school education and management,the influence of family education and the restriction of College Students' own factors.The sixth part mainly from the construction of socialist rule of law China characteristics resources,clear goals and develop college students'legal consciousness,pay attention to cultivate college students' task can adapt to the consciousness of the rule of law education,promote good environment and cultivate college students' awareness of the rule of law and the promotion of College Students'legal consciousness cultivated themselves of these five aspects put forward the path choice and cultivate college students' awareness of the rule of law.
