Investigation On The Development Of Folk Sports Organizations In Shanxi Province

Folk sports organization is the backbone of rapid,sustained and healthy development of mass sports in our country.It is the bridge and link among government communication,management and improvement in popular sports development.It can meet the growing sports demand and social and cultural life needs of the public.In recent years,the social influence and the government support degree of the civil society organizations in Shanxi Province have been gradually increased,and all kinds of academic research projects have become rich and active.The national fitness program has added the help to the development of folk sports organizations.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of folk sports organizations in Shanxi Province,the relevantly feasible suggestions are put forward.This research will have certain theoretical and practical value.In this study,the status of folk sports in Shanxi Province was researched by means of literature,field investigation,interview,questionnaires and mathematical statistics.The folk sports was selected from 5 cities containing Taiyuan,Datong,Yangquan,Changzhi and Linfen by regional sampling,it was analyzed in detail for the development of the situation and the main problems the development process,and we put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures on these problems.The results are as follows: in Shanxi Province,part of the private sports organizations are still in the initial stage of development,the basic conditions are lacking,the constitution system needs,some internal management is not standardized,rigorous system and management system governance mechanism needs to be perfect,level should be improved.But there is the existence of private sports organizations as a whole slightly late,the rapid development of the phenomenon.The basic situation of the organization is not complete,the "official" background of the civil sports organizations based on good conditions,but the development is in a single structure;the development of the constitution in the registered and unregistered folk sports organizations have large-scale differences.The form of organizational activities and foreign exchange occlusion hinder the long-term development of private sports organizations;in Shanxi Province,unregistered private sports organizations in the management and management of have small size and simple management,so only slightly less than registered organizations;in folk sports organizations,self-evaluation supervision indicators of Shanxi Province,the basic organizations are doing well.Therefore,after the comprehensive analysis of the status,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of folk sports organizations in Shanxi Province : the relevant social management departments in Shanxi Province should increase the concern and economic support of the Folk sports organizations;to carry out appropriate supervision,put forward the introduction of the constitution system and management reference method,;strengthen exchange in and out of the private sports organizations;broaden the organization activities and enhance the element collision.
