Research On Folk Sports Culture Around Poyang Lake

Cultural rejuvenation is an important strategic objective of China right now. In the construction of regional economic development at the same time, we can not ignore the importance of cultural construction. Jiangxi is a big culture province by its long history, numerous cultural and profound cultural heritage. Because of the geographical and historical factors Poyang Lake area becomes the essence of Jiangxi culture. In order to support the eco culture construction around Poyang Lake area, this paper is based on the numerous cultural foundation and the most stable folk physical culture of the civilians to excavate, classify, analyse and summarize its local cultural value of folk sports culture around Poyang Lake area by the methods of the experts and representatives interviews, reading a lot of related documents, investigation on the spot. Finding out the existing problems and giving the suggestions of the development of the eco culture construction around Poyang Lake area depends on defining its culture value, associating with the facts and learning from other regional construction experiences and achievements.Studies show the problems of construction around Poyang Lake area based on several reasons:First, the government management personnel and the people lack cultural consciousness. Second, the country lack correct guidance towards folk sports culture. Third, under the market economy system, people overly pursue economic benefits and ignore the folk sports social benefits and cultural value. Forth,some wrong local policies make the folk sports culture just emptyh talk and put its inheritance and development into crisis. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward related suggestions:First, the government should strengthen the management of humanistic quality and management ability, training of management, operation, technical and other relevant personnel. Second, establish the effective management of the network, then through education to improve the way of cultural self-consciousness.Third, government should highlight social benefit and cultural value combining modern cultural elements, scientific innovation, reasonable development of folk sports cultural resources to create economic benefits. Forth, respect the history and protect cultural relics, respect the local customs and traditions and protect historical traditions. Fifth, shape local folk sports culture brand, so as every town has its own feature, every village has its own folk traditions. All of these should be on the premise of livable environment construction so as to improve peoples'humanistic quality, happiness index and construct a new urban life full of culture.
