| Social sports guidance and management,as one of the basic majors of physical education in colleges and universities,has delivered an endless stream of applied talents to the society for many years.With the expansion of higher education in China,more and more students have obtained university degrees,which leads to fierce competition and more severe employment situation,which also requires college students to adjust their employment concepts and methods.The talent training programs of colleges and universities should change with the times,and the social demand for health services for social sports professionals has also risen sharply.Talent training should be aimed at social needs and employment-oriented,while the current talent training in colleges and universities can hardly meet the needs of the job market.The employment prospects of graduates majoring in social sports can be used as an important indicator to measure whether the school training plan is reasonable.In view of the objective reality that the employment rate of social sports majors in China is relatively low in recent years,this paper infers the problems existing in the training of social sports professionals and tries to put forward practical suggestions on the training of talents in this major.This study aims to explore the current market demand for sports professionals and their training status,with a view to improving the development level of related fields and analyzing the practical difficulties faced by the training of social sports professionals with employment as the guidance.By using the methods of expert interview,questionnaire survey and literature review,from the popularization of higher education and multi-dimensional analysis,we find that the ability training of social sports majors in many colleges and universities is out of line with the market demand.Phenomenon.Six universities with different disciplines are randomly selected from universities offering social sports majors in China,aiming at analyzing the contradiction between supply and demand of talents in the popularization stage of higher education,so that we can better understand this phenomenon.The corresponding countermeasures are given to narrow the gap between the training of social sports professionals and the social demand,which will provide a certain ideological basis for the future social sports professionals to cultivate high-quality talents to promote employment,and also provide reference for the development and expert decision-making of the whole social sports major,activate the vitality of the development of social sports majors,enhance students’ confidence in this major,and promote the development and construction of social sports majors.the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Employment status: Through the investigation and analysis of the employment status of graduates of 6 social sports majors,it is concluded that social sports majors in some colleges and universities are affected by various factors such as social demand,national policies,universities and individuals,resulting in the dilemma of low professional matching,lack of employment positions,severe employment situation and low job satisfaction of graduates in the employment process.(2)Current situation of training programs: Social sports majors in major universities and colleges all follow the training standards formulated by the state,including training objectives,specifications,requirements and curriculum Settings,etc.Except for the courses required by the Ministry of Education,schools have not set up popular social projects or special school characteristics projects to meet the needs of social development,and cannot meet the diversified needs of students for courses.(3)Existing problems: students’ insufficient cognition of social sports major;The curriculum of some colleges and universities is complicated and "homogenization" is serious;The professional characteristics of the training mechanism are not prominent;The combination of cultivation idea and social demand is not close;The government has not set up corresponding posts.(4)Countermeasures: carry out cognitive education to improve students’ cognition of social sports major;According to their own conditions,colleges and universities put forward different training objectives;The combination of on-campus internship and off-campus internship;Major + open elective course;Strengthen the combination of training ideas and social needs;Innovative school-enterprise joint personnel training model. |
