Research On Undergraduates' Professional Ideas Of Social Sports Guidance And Management In Shanxi Province

The improvement of people's health awareness has led to the increase in the demand for fitness activities.Social sports guidance and management professionals aim to nurture sports fitness services for the community,the professional students' professional thinking is not only related to the professional beliefs of students,and even affect the quality of professional training and the development of social sports in China.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the professional thinking of social sports guidance and management students.(For the convenience of expression,the following "social sports guidance and management" referred to as "community")The study based on the theory of "literature" and "attitude",this paper analyzes and summarizes the elements of previous achievements and integrates the elements of professional thought.On this basis,this paper,based on the theory of literature review,logic analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,Depth investigation of the professional situation of professional students in Shanxi Province,the status quo and differences,based on practical analysis of the influencing factors,put forward to improve the professional characteristics of professional students thinking.The results are as follows:1.Professional thinking by the professional value judgments,professional awareness,professional emotions and professional behavior intention four elements.2.Shanxi province community professional students professional thinking in general,professional value judgments at a high level,professional behavior intended to perform the worst.Specifically,the students of the professional recognition of a higher degree,to fully understand the professional capacity of the importance of personal development,and the results have higher expectations,but there are many problems,there are a lack of positive motivation to enroll,Lack of professional awareness of the right,the lack of strong professional interest,low satisfaction with the learning status and professional thinking there is a certain degree of wavering.3.In general,the professional thinking of students in the two sports colleges is superior to that of one institution.The professional thinking of non-normal colleges is superior to that of normal universities.There are no significant differences in the professional cognition among the students and the students of the two institutions in different dimensions.The professional value judgment dimension is lower than that of the two institutions.The professional emotion and the professional behavior intention are higher than the students One of the non-normal college students in the four dimensions are significantly better than the normal colleges and universities.In each project,the theoretical knowledge of a college student is higher,the emotional experience and self-demand and satisfaction of the students in the two colleges are higher.The scores of the students in the non-normal colleges are higher.4.The main factors influencing the professional thinking of social students in Shanxi province are as follows: educational environment factor,social environment factor and individual factors of students.5.According to the research results,make the following suggestions: First,strengthen the system management and publicity work to improve the quality of students;second,with a positive concept to guide students to choose life;Third,strengthen the professional ideological education;Fourth,Teaching ability and confidence;fifth,to create a good learning atmosphere;sixth,highlight the characteristics of disciplines,insist on grasping their own characteristics.
