| With the popularity of the fourth generation network,mobile phones have become the main equipment of web users,replacing traditional computers.The change makes the active network public opinion a runaway horse and netizen share their dynamics and some comments through social media anytime and anywhere.The arbitrariness of releasing information objectively requires the ability to improve the information screening at the same time and increases the pressure of public opinion management.Public officers,as the main body of public opinion,grasping the public power,are the focus of the public attention,being on behalf of the government image and of great importance.Part of the public officers,imperceptibly and drearily,tried to slip through the network public opinion with an ostrich policy.Because of delaying time and a big mistake,the government credibility had been implicated.On network public opinion of public officers,most scholars researched the rule and method of public opinion from macro perspectives,without concretely studying public officials' a certain kind network public opinion.On the basis of classification of network public opinion,this paper especially studies the “shocking language” and life style of public officials' public opinion.Paid extremely high attention,the two types of public opinion of public officials,closing to public life,is less studied on the academic side,therefore how to effectively cope with the two types of network public opinion for public officials has become an important issue to be solved.Regarding hot public opinion cases of people's online public opinion monitoring room and baidu encyclopedia involving in public officials' two types of network public opinion events as the research sample,the paper using the basic theory of network public opinion and the multiple regression statistical method studies the public officials' twotypes of public opinion problems,the main contents are as follows:(1)Taking “shocking language” case of Bi Fujian as the breakthrough,the case tolerability of netizen eventually measured is tolerable using content analysis method to classify code and assignment for microblog comments of internet users.The conclusion is mainly related to factors: the traditional image of Bi Fujian,exposure method,the object,occasion and the way of events.(2)On the basis of the above analysis,the paper puts forward the influential factors' research hypothesis of “shocking language” tolerability of netizen for public officers.By single factor and multivariate OLS regression analysis of 127 “shocking language” cases of public officers collected,the results show that the level of public officers and circumstance factors involved in the “shocking language” events are no significant influence on the “shocking language” tolerability;the reporter,“shocking language”objects of public officers,is more tolerable compared with other groups on netizen tolerability;other groups,represented by petitioners involved in “shocking language”events,usually show a very low tolerability;severity level of “shocking language” is most significant in “shocking language” tolerability of netizen.(3)By collecting and analyzing public opinion events on public officers' personal life style,occurrence,spread and evolution mechanism,the paper puts forward the theory of“three phases four points” that is related to the public opinion evolution of public officers' life style,and analyzes the state of each phase on public officers.(4)Put forward specific strategies for two types of public opinion problems of public officers.According to influencing factors of netizen “shocking language” tolerability for public officers,the paper puts forward the strategy to say less or not “shocking language”for public officials;Based on the analysis of traditional solutions to life style public opinion of public officers,it respectively puts forward the coping strategies from the perspective of different public opinion pressure that is faced with public officers. |
