Influence Factor Analysis About Satisfaction And Faithfulness Of Extracurricular Sports Activities Of Middle School Students

Extracurricular sports activities are in addition to the physical education in addition to the physical education activities.It exists in a variety of forms,enrich and improve the system of school sports work.It is an important part of school physical education,the Chinese government issued a series of policies and regulations to strengthen the overall construction of extra-curricular sports activities,so that the orderly development of extra-curricular sports activities.The purpose of this study is to further improve the students to participate in extracurricular sports activities and improve the satisfaction and loyalty of the middle school extracurricular sports activities to carry out quality put forward suggestions through the investigation and analysis of the organization factors on students extracurricular sports activitiesThis study based on the investigation of middle school students in Shanxi province to carry out 858 valid samples by recycling of the 900 students In Datong,Taiyuan,Yuncheng,Linfen,4 prefecture level cities in the 15 middle school students.The main research methods are literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,and through the SPSS21.0 and IBMSPSS AMOS17 software were used to analyze the factors influencing the satisfaction and loyalty of the extracurricular sports activities of middle school students by factor analysis,descriptive analysis,and structural equation modeling.The results show that:(1)the most influential is the ability and level of the teachers,and the second is the level of the organization,the level of service,the environment of theactivities,and finally the facilities in the influencing factors of the satisfaction degree of the extracurricular sports activities.(2)in the influencing factors of the extracurricular sports activities of the middle school students,the most influential is the interest and value of extracurricular sports activities,followed by the school environment,sports investment,the last is the charm of the project.(3)the influencing factors of the extracurricular sports activities of middle school students,the most influential is the overall environment of the extracurricular sports activities,the second is the internal motivation,and the last is the curriculum arrangement and academic pressure.(4)the degree of satisfaction,loyalty and influence factors of extracurricular sports activities of middle school students,which affect the development of extracurricular sports activities in the other three.Based on the above,the author puts forward some suggestions on the ability and level of extracurricular sports activities,hobbies and values,the overall environment,the system and mechanism to promote the development of extracurricular sports activities.
