An Experimental Research On Basketball Elective Course In Colleges And Universities About "Layered And Cooperative Teaching Method"

Basketball Culture in China spread rapidly,making the basketball have an increasely influence in China.Basketball has become a more popular sports in our country It is one of the most widely used sports in our colleges and universities as organizing physical education and developing physical exercise.And it has been recognized by many teachers and students.For a long time,in College P.E.teaching demonstration has adopted the traditional indoctrination tope teaching method on students' teaching,these teachers who are affected by the traditional teaching thoughts do not pay attention to the innovation of teaching methods.Ignoring the personality differences of students,teacher cannot design teaching activity according to the actual situation of the students and can't adapt each student's learning needs.With passive learning,students don't have a very high learning interest in many ways,which restricts the all-round development of students,influencing teaching effects.I applied "layered and cooperative teaching method" to basketball teaching,mainly through the method of teaching experiment.20 male students and 10 female students were divided into the experimental group and the control group,who were randomly selected from the two similar classes of Department of physical education of Datong University.During the basketball elective teaching,the two groups respectively adopt "layered and cooperative teaching method" and "traditional teaching method" when teaching content is completely consistent.From several students' practical results and theoretical achievement,physical quality,learning interest and collaboration awareness,I analyze the real teaching effect of this teaching method,in order to verify the feasibility and advantage of "layered and cooperative teaching method" in Colleges and Universities,I hope can provide some new ideas for the innovation of the teaching methods of college basketball elective courses,and for the same course,also can give some reference and help for the innovation of teaching methods.The experimental results show:1.After the experimental teaching,through the analysis of teaching scores of the experimental group and control group,there are significant differences in the terms of academic and theoretical achievements.The "layered and cooperative teaching method" is better than the "traditional teaching method".2.Respectively using two different teaching met hods,after the experiment,the physical quality of students has certain ascension.But the test results of two groups had no obvious difference,so the two kinds of teaching methods have no obvious effect to enhance students' physical quality.3.The application of “layered and cooperative teaching method" in basketball elective course can effectively improve students' learning interest and cooperation consciousness,creating a good teaching atmosphere,mobilizing students' enthusiasm and initiative to cultivate students' to the teamwork cooperation,mutual help team spirit,helping to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.4.Compared with "traditional teaching method,layered and cooperative teaching method" has some advantages."Layered and cooperative teaching method" conform to the principle of individualized teaching,according to the actual situation of students to classify.Through the collaboration between different levels of internal and internal learning,everyone has a good learning experience,creating a good learning atmosphere,prompting students' interest in learning,so as to achieve the aim of the teaching effect.
