With the rapid development of the small basketball league,the potential of the youth basketball training market has been stimulated again,and youth amateur basketball clubs across the country are enjoying a boom.The rapid development of youth basketball education has put forward higher requirements on the teaching level of youth amateur basketball clubs.At present,the number of students participating in the youth amateur basketball clubs is large and varied,and there are many differences in individual students.The teaching factors faced by coaches tend to be complicated,and the teaching factors that coaches face tend to be complicated.For a long time,the youth amateur basketball clubs generally adopts traditional explanation and demonstration teaching methods to teach basketball to students.However,this inculcating teaching ignores the differences in students' technical level and personality,and can't teach students based on their own abilities,so these methods can't meet the basketball training requirements of the students.In a single club teaching mode,students passively learn basketball technology.It is difficult to stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of learning basketball,and this will affect the teaching effect.This article adopts literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics methods.Taking the current teaching situation and teaching reform of youth amateur basketball clubs as the starting point,taking the application of layered cooperative teaching in youth amateur basketball clubs as the research object,based on the people-oriented teaching concept,the layered teaching and cooperative teaching are integrated and innovative from the perspective of dynamic development,and a layered cooperative teaching model is constructed,which is applied to the teaching activities of Euken International Basketball Club to achieve complementary teaching advantages.By analyzing the differences in teaching effects of layered cooperative teaching and conventional teaching in basketball technical level,physical fitness,basketball learning interest,and teamwork awareness and others,the advantages and disadvantages of layered cooperative teaching model are explored to verify the layered cooperative teaching's feasibility and effectiveness in teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs.It will provide a certain reference value for the teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs.According to the research,this article mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The use of the layered and cooperative teaching mode in the teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs can significantly improve the students' basketball skills.The students' learning and understanding of movement skills can be deepen,and the standardization of basketball technical movements can be improved by using this method.Finally,some better teaching results can be acheived.(2)The use of the layered and cooperative teaching model in the teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs can significantly enhance students' interest in playing basketball.It can better meet the learning needs of students at different levels,and give full play to the dominance of the coach and the main role of the students.Therefore,the experimental class significantly reduced the negativity of learning in terms of learning interest,and increased students' enthusiasm,participation in sports and attention to basketball.(3)The use of the layered and cooperative teaching model in the teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs can significantly improve the teamwork awareness of students.Using this model can significantly improve the communication and cooperation awareness among students,and product positive interdependence among group students,and form a good cooperative relationship,and further enhance the mutual learning ability among students.(4)The layered cooperative teaching mode is used in the teaching of youth amateur basketball clubs.Compared with conventional teaching,although there has been some improvement in improving physical fitness,the improvement effect is not obvious.There is no big difference in the experimental results between the two classes,which may be related to the short cycle of the teaching experiment and the lack of special physical fitness exercises in the design of the teaching experiment.Therefore,further practice and proof are needed here.
