In the current compulsory education "sports and health" course in the curriculum reform in junior high school teaching system plays a very important role,learning the course of cognition and expectation is also advancing with The Times changing,the student to the expected value of "sports and health" course is the scope of the present school sports to explore one of the hot issues.Paper by investigating expect value of "sports and health" course in junior high school students and its influencing factors,and further to the value of the function of the students of physical education and health class,"sports and health" for the school curriculum reform to provide certain theoretical basis and reference,to better promote the school teaching work,strengthen to the teaching idea of "students as the center".In linfen city junior high school students as the research object,this study in junior high school students about the expect value of "sports and health" course and its influencing factors as the theme,using stratified sampling method,the selection of linfen six junior high school,a total of 500 junior middle school students for effective sample.Research use the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics,sports science research methods,such as issuing questionnaires and combining the results of the survey to the target object is analyzed.Results show:(1)junior high school students of linfen expectations of "sports and health curriculum value from high to low order is to improve the exercise capacity,strong physique,alleviate the pressure of the learning,cultivating sports interest,learning motor skills,is another kind of relaxation,better communication with classmates,realize self value,simple to play.(2)the junior middle school students of linfen expectations of "sports and health curriculum value in there is no difference between male and female students,there are differences among different grades,there is also a difference between each region of the school.(3)on the factors influencing the "sports and health" course mainly has eight dimensions,respectively is a school,students,exam,physical education teachers,media spreading factor,family factor,community factors and personal factors.On this basis,this paper puts forward that: from multiple perspectives to improve students' expectations of"sports and health curriculum value,starting from the needs of students,promote the sports and health class of appeal and the actual value;Teachers should actively change the traditional teaching model,starting from different level and degree,according to their aptitude,for students of different grade,gender,regional differentiation,personalized sports teaching plan and teaching plan,increase the efficiency of the classroom teaching and promote the reform of physical education curriculum for the students life-long sports foundation.
