Research On The Influencing Factors Of Technology Transfer In Chinese Universities

Innovation and development is the tide of the times,along the Chang who led the strong.Technology transfer is one of the key,but the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in China's universities is far below the level of developed countries,many technologies can not be successfully transferred to study the transfer of technology constraints and influencing factors for the promotion of technology Successful transfer of policy development and scientific research management improvement has an important role.Especially for some large investment,high risk,long cycle of technology transfer,but also the need for effective public policy incentives,guidance and management of university research and actively cooperate in order to ultimately achieve the successful transfer of technology,and truly promote the development of productive forces.In this paper,based on the theory of triple helix and synergetic innovation,firstly,the basic concepts of technology transfer in colleges and universities are summarized,and the basic status of technology transfer in colleges and universities is summarized.Based on the analysis of the factors influencing technology transfer,According to the results of the survey,the influencing factors of technology transfer in universities are classified as technology ontology influence,national policy influence,technological donor(university scientific research management)influence,technology receptor(technology research and development)This paper analyzes the impact of these four factors on the transfer of technology in colleges and universities,and analyzes the impact of national policy system and university research management on technology transfer.Finally,based on the analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the rationalization of technology transfer efficiency from the angle of policy support and management.
