It is a consensus among the whole nation and society that promoting the technology transfer capacity is an important approach to achieve the national strategic goal of building an innovative country.As the science and technology innovation capacities of universities provide a key support to the national science and technology capacity,it is crucial to promote the technology transfer capacity of universities,so as to enhance the national technological development and science and technology innovation capacity.At present,however,China's technology transfer capacity lags far behind the developed countries',particularly in terms of university technology transfer.A large number of scientific and technological achievements are sealed in the laboratory or kept on the paper.How to improve the technology transfer capacity and the technology application of universities has become a very important proposition in practice.In this thesis,the first chapter introduces the background,theoretical and practical significance of research topics,research methods and routes,and research objectives.The second chapter is a brief introduction to domestic and foreign research achievements on technology transfer or brokers.The third,the fourth and the fifth chapters make the core part of this article.T he third chapter introduces the current development of technology brokers in China's universities.With A university as a reference,based on interviews with the personnel from department in charge of technology transfer,the third chapter gives an analysis and find out the bottleneck of the technology brokers contingent construction in domestic colleges and universities.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of technology brokers contingent construction,presents Stanford University's experience in managing technology transfer center and building technology broker system,and tries to find out some valuable references for domestic construction of technology brokers contingent.The fifth chapter,referring to the competence theory in human resource manage ment,discusses what kind of competence the technology brokers should have to meet the requirements of technology brokerage activities in technology transfer practice of universities.The sixth chapter,from the perspective of the government,the management of colleges and universities and professional technology broker contingent,puts forward strategies for the technology broker contingent construction in colleges and universities.
