Research On The Impact Of Technology Transfer Subjects' Characteristicson Transfer Performance Of University Technology Transfer Center

Today,to change the scientific and technological achievements into power of production has become an important strategy to develop economic for each country in the world.Each country in the world manages to develop different activities of scientific and technological achievements through all kinds of channels beside adopting effective policies and measurements at administrative management,economics and law.As an important part of the National Innovation System,scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer of University Technology Transfer Center is an important measure of innovation.However,transfer efficiency ofUniversity Technology Transfer Centeris low,the conversion ofUniversity Technology Transfer Center is not good,service capacity of University Technology Transfer Center is not strong.Therefore,thestudy of the key factor impact of University Technology Transfer Center performance to enhance the transfer capability of University Technology Transfer Center is an urgent problem.In the study,this thesis is rooted in the basic theory,analysis the technology transfer process andtechnology transfer subjects of University Technology Transfer Center.And the impact University Technology Transfer Center performance of each subjectcharacteristics is studied.This thesis finds the subjects which are impact University Technology Transfer Center performance are center,university,enterprise and government.On this basis,we construct the corresponding theoretical models.The empirical research result shows that the characteristics of center,university,enterprise and government have a positive influence on University Technology Transfer Center performance.Contents of this thesisare divided into six chapters.Chapter 1,introduces the research background,research contents,research methods,technology roadmap covered in the thesis and research status at home and abroad.Chapter 2,carding collaborative innovation,technology transfer,and triple helix theory,provide a theoretical basis for this thesis.Chapter 3,analysis of University Technology Transfer Center technology transfer process and the subjects,and study the characteristics of each of subject impact on the Centre Transfer Performance.Chapter 4,builds theoretical model of subject characteristics of the impact on University Technology Transfer Centers transfer performance,and proposes research hypotheses.Chapter 5,determines the object of study,design a questionnaire and establish structural equation model to analyze the data,and make recommendations based on the results.Chapter 6,summaries and outlooks the full thesis,noting that existing gaps and future research directions.
