September 13, 2016 "the overall framework China students develop core literacy" officially released, in the physical core literacy in the "science technology society and environment(STSE)" philosophy of education, which requires the implementation of effective environmental education in the teaching for students, so the corresponding education resource development is very important. Ultraviolet radiation exists around our living environment and plays an important role in human life. This activity class is conducive to students in learning knowledge at the same time, the establishment of environmental awareness. Due to the intensity of ultraviolet radiation and other environmental factors, conventional equipment is difficult to measure. In this paper,the ultraviolet radiation intensity under different weather conditions were measured using digital experiment equipment, and summarizes the relationship between ultraviolet radiation and other environmental factors and rules, and designs the activity lesson case, for the further development of the middle school class activities to lay the foundation for determination of ultraviolet radiation.This paper adopts literature research method and experimental research method, studied the ultraviolet radiation intensity measurement and law rules under different conditions, on the basis of the design of school activities to carry out activities of teaching cases, suggestions. Specific research work and conclusions are as follows: first, the relevant literature and information are studied to find out the factors affecting outdoor surface ultraviolet intensity, such as temperature,time, air quality, cloud conditions, etc.. Second, indoor experiments and natural experiments were conducted using the control variable method to determine the intensity of ultraviolet radiation on the ground temperature, air quality, overcast and rainy days and different periods of the day. Third, summed up the temperature, time, air quality and other factors change with ultraviolet radiation intensity, the higher the temperature is, the greater the intensity of ultraviolet radiation; air quality better, ultraviolet intensity is stronger; the weather is sunny, maximum UV intensity and in conclusion, provide the measurement range under different conditions, to provide the data for reference measurement. Four, we designed a link of environmental education activity based on Digital Experiment of ultraviolet intensity measurement, and put forward some suggestions for teaching, so as to provide reference for the successful course of ultraviolet activity in middle school.Study on the determination of hope through the digital information technology based on ultraviolet radiation, to promote the middle school activities carried out smoothly, make the students contact and strengthen social and environmental science and technology, understanding,cultivate scientific attitude and students' sense of social responsibility.
