Research On The Master Conscious Of Logistics Staff In Colleges And Universities

Master conscious of logistics staff in colleges and universities embodies the identity and ownership of the staff to the organization.Its level impact on the quality of professional ethics and sense of service,the daily work performance and behavior of staff also,having a significance to promoting the reform of logistics socialization and achieving the "three services and nurturing students in two aspects".So investigating the situation and training measures of the master conscious in colleges and universities has a vital important role in improving logistical support capabilities and logistics management.Based on the person-organization fit and psychological contract theory,through the empirical research on the master conscious of B university,this paper has found the present situation of the master conscious is worrisome,master of behavior is not obvious.Although most staff have a correct understanding of master conscious,there are also staff with one-sided thinking.Reflected that staff concern more for personal goals and individual than the interests of the collective consciousness,organizational identity is not high,a sense of belonging and accountability is not strong,lacking of organization participation.By analyzing the survey,it found that high-diploma staff' master conscious is higher than low-diploma staff',master conscious of the managers is higher than ordinary staff.Master conscious of logistics staff in colleges and universities is mainly affected by the factors of personal background information,weakening economic status,ecological Environment of logistics in colleges and universities and Organizational management.Finally,it put forward advice from guiding the staff to establishing a comprehensive sense of master conscious,and improving the system construction of logistics organization,strengthen the soft environment of developing master conscious,and further proposing the different training measures to the different types of staff,provoking staff' passion so as to providing effective protection for the development of the education and logistics in colleges and universities.
