Physical education is set up to cultivate future excellent teachers of physical education,physical education students in the future can assume the task of school physical education,a large part of the factors is the educational ability of students.In China's science and technology and the rapid economic development today,the education process of the teaching reform of the school becomes more and more important.Sports teaching idea and the content also changed,in the cultivation of talent has made the corresponding reform and innovation,and strive to achieve the standard of talents in the new century.Therefore,college physical education professional students not only to learn physical knowledge and skills,but also to cultivate their teaching ability,for the future in the school sports teaching lay the foundation.At present,research the special teaching ability of students majoring in physical education research area of ethnic regions in our country is very little,therefore,the research of teaching ability in Xiangxi area of Jishou University and Huaihua University,2 College Students Majoring in physical education culture as the research object,through the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,field observation and mathematical analysis on students' teaching ability and the teaching ability present situation investigation and study,summarize the teaching ability of students to explore the existing problems in the cultivation of professional sports teaching,put forward corresponding suggestion and strategy,provide a new way for the teaching ability of college students majoring in physical education in the minority area of Xiangxi culture.Through investigation and study,the following conclusions are drawn:1,general teaching design ability of college students majoring in Physical Education in Xiangxi area is the ability to use teaching media best,followed by the setting of teaching plan and teaching methods to develop ability of ability,the worst is the ability to write lesson plans;implementation performance in teaching,class ability and language expression ability is the most outstanding,secondly is the ability to observe,and then is the classroom management ability,organization ability and practice summary ability,the worst is to understand the students' ability and action demonstration ability;in teaching and technical protection ability,technical protection ability is good,correct the error action ability is poor;in the teaching evaluation ability,teaching ability evaluation results superior to the teaching evaluation ability,teaching methods and skills are relatively poor;the ability of teaching research,information retrieval ability is the best,followed by Is the ability of teaching innovation,and finally the ability of scientific research,the ability to reflect on the effect of self teaching is very good in teaching reflection ability2,in the evaluation of teachers' practice,relatively satisfied with the comprehensive teaching ability of students,but the evaluation and the percentage of poor or a lot,the study found that there is a certain lack of comprehensive teaching ability of students in the school,therefore,when it is necessary to organize the teaching process of physical education students' comprehensive teaching ability as a teaching focus.3,many factors influencing the teaching ability of students majoring in physical education,the students' learning motivation,theoretical level and professional technical ability of teaching practice ability of attention as the most significant factor.In addition,the school also includes setting training scheme and course management is not perfect,teachers' guidance is not comprehensive and lack of environmental facilities the factors,colleges and universities and the practice base of butt joint attention is not enough,teaching psychological environment not harmonious 4,based on the above problems,put forward relevant countermeasures: clear training objectives,according to the teaching content of the training set;enrich the students' teaching ability;stimulate students' learning motivation,clear clear to recognize the importance of physical education students the ability of different types of teaching methods;to cultivate students' teaching ability;the teaching of the physical ability included in the semester examination;the school and family,Social interaction,those who participate in the construction of three excellent mechanism;and constantly optimize the teachers teaching level;teaching sufficient allocation of education funds,improve sports teaching facilities;increase internship opportunities to practice,let students contact the actual teaching,practical operation;common supervision to strengthen the school and practice base.To provide a theoretical reference for the cultivation of students majoring in physical education teaching ability of University in Xiangxi.
