Children's sports as a kind of curriculum is gradually into the kindergarten,but the shortage of teachers and training system is not complete now main phenomenon,with the development of the society from several aspects,such as food,clothing,shelter,line,these all hinder the children enjoy the rights of children's sports.In the five areas of early childhood development,health is an important field of cannot be ignored,so the children enjoy high quality preschool physical education curriculum is a must.Role through the teachers' teaching beliefs,teaching,course design and so on various aspects to observe and study,the reality is not optimistic.Qualitative research methods in this article,through the following conclusions:(1)in terms of reality,and preschool physical education curriculum is very early,but as the education concept of migration led to the course and have not received enough attention,the impact of curriculum implementation is varied,the cause of the shortage of teaching material,teachers level the good and bad are intermingled,parents' education concept is the important factors influencing the curriculum implementation.So to promote national and local education departments,which is based on the university actively conduct teacher training,textbook compilation and provide diversified development platform is the top priority.(2)with the constant promotion of children's sports,kindergarten and parents come to realize that young children's body healthy and happy is very important,the concept also gradually accepted and implemented,let children real experience of the course.In such a case to stimulate the market demand,leading to various institutions constantly poured into the industry,excessive commercialization of preschool physical education curriculum,teacher training,guarantee,making all kinds of chaos emerge.To avoid this kind of situation continues to deteriorate,shall establish a formal training agencies to ensure that the teachers,perpetual normalization and specialization.(3)through the actual investigation to visit several kindergarten,found that space is the main objective factors,the implementation of children's sports every a kindergarten is not enough room for preschool physical education curriculum,thislimits of course,also cannot perform the function of the course,the children can't enjoy the high quality courses.(4)for kindergarten preschool physical education curriculum is hiring more male teachers,the implementation of one or two times a week course,course market about25 minutes to 30 minutes,depending on the infant's ability to accept change.But in the course of the implementation of the impact of teachers play there are multiple factors,objective factors include venue,equipment,director,etc.,while the subjective factors include teachers' professional knowledge,teaching ability,preparation before class,teachers' attitudes,etc.The external social factors can also affect teacher's play,children more male teachers need the affirmation of the others,social recognition,peer recognition.Children's sports teachers' professional ability has no certain ability of norms and standards,therefore the present domestic kindergarten,especially small private kindergarten for preschool physical education teachers and no professional specification requirements,the majority of preschool physical education teachers without professional training,the sustainable development of teachers is a challenge.
