Xiangxi City Middle School Physical Education Teachers Participate In Social Sports Guidance Service Research

The National Fitness Program "since the implementation,set off a wave of fitness craze,the Xiangxi autonomous prefecture has also actively respond to the call of the country to vigorously carry out social sports activities,the development of social sports.But because of the lack of professional fitness scientific and effective guidance,largely restricted the development of social sports and sports teachers as a professional sports conform to the trend of the talent has become an important force to promote the development of social sports,sports teachers' participation in social sports guidance will promote the development of social sports.This article through to the Xiangxi city middle school physical education teachers' participation in social sports guide services,content,object,effect etc.The investigation and study,found that the problems of the present middle school physical education teachers in Xiangxi city to participate in social sports guide services,and then explore the correct path and strategy of PE teachers in middle school in Xiangxi city to participate in social services.To guide the research on development of social sports and provide theoretical guidance,providing research materials for the state of Xiangxi social sports development,actively to promote Xiangxi's national fitness undertakings and the development of mass sports,amateur sports and cultural life of the local people more rich and colorful.In this paper,the author USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods for Suggestions for urban middle school physical education teachers to participate in the overall structure of the social sports guidance services,detailed investigation of the current situation and management of the work.The results show that there are many problems in the process of participating in the social sports guidance of middle school PE teachers in xiangxi city,as follows: 1.2.Lack of special fund guidance and guarantee;3.Lack of venues and incomplete sports facilities;4.Imperfect incentive mechanism;5.Inadequate organizational structure and lack of scientific and unified management;6.Teachers of middle school sports teachers in xiangxi city are nervous.In order to strengthen the participation of middle school physical education teachers in social sports guidance,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1.Improve the relevant system and policy system,and encourage middle school PE teachers to participate in social sports guidance;2.The government will increase the investment of special funds and improve the infrastructure construction such as site equipment;3.Actively improve the organization management system in the sports department;4.Formulate reasonable incentive mechanism and improve the enthusiasm;5.Encourage schools to open sports venues and provide more support for physical education teachers;6.Physical education teachers should enhance their professional quality and improve their comprehensive abilities;7.Increase government purchase of sports social guidance.
