In recent years,followed by outdoor sports at home and abroad more and more fiery development trend,to expand the movement has also been further positive and promote the opportunity.This paper makes a detailed investigation on the operation status of Xiangxi Hongwei Sports Culture Tourism Development Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Hongwei Development),which consists of four aspects: organizational structure,internal resources,marketing and management system This paper analyzes the problems in the development of the company and puts forward the corresponding development strategies for the problems of Hongwei,and provides theoretical reference for the reform and development of the outdoor expansion companies.Research indicates:1,Xiangxi Hongwei development company is a relatively simple organizational structure,this form of flexible structure,the responsibility is more clear,the cost of maintenance is low,but this organization is only applicable to small-scale companies;2,The company after nearly five years of development has been in the whole Xiangxi state outdoor development industry ahead,occupying the whole initiative and unique natural resources,in addition the company also reserves 24 foreign athletes,mainly to the extreme sports,the team constantly Of the upgrade,the person in charge of the entire market pulse is more clear;3,the current company used in the operation and management model is a high degree of centralization,the company's decision-making power in all aspects of the company's business operators in the hands of a person.The other person in charge of the company is generally point-to-point and people on the way to intervene in the company's other daily business management;4,the company management system is more perfect,amateur mechanism for employees have a greater incentive.From the company responsible person,the trainer's interview and according to the company's operating development of the current company still has some problems,these problems on the company's rapid pace of development caused some obstacles.Including: 1,the program is not enough attention,resulting in poor training;2,the industry is not enough attention to exchange,resulting in lack of awareness of the project;3,the training of the trainer is not enough attention,resulting in serious loss of personnel;4,the lack of attention to the training,The supervision of the training is not enough attention,leading to training after the tracking and lack of guidance.In response to the above questions,the author suggested:1,good alternatives,to improve the quality of training;2,increase out opportunities for further studies,protection of novelty items;3,the establishment of specialized training mechanism,training the reserve and training to expand;4,strengthen supervision,guidance and training to increase tracking of the latter;5,clear market positioning,development of new customers group.
