Research On Teaching Risk Management Of Outdoor Expansion In Colleges And Universities

With the improvement of people's living standards,people's quality of life requirements are getting higher and higher,the demand for return to nature is also growing,which is in recent years,outdoor development projects in the country one of the reasons for the rapid development and growth.As the outdoor development of many projects have a high risk,security is the outdoor development of scientific and healthy development of the lifeline,is to expand the teaching of the focus of particular concern.Based on the theory and method of modern risk management,this study discusses the risk of outdoor out-of-school teaching in colleges and universities,and on this basis,it deeply identifies and evaluates the risks that may be encountered in outdoor expansion teaching,and puts forward the outbursts Coping strategies and methods,aiming to strengthen the outdoors to expand the teaching of risk awareness,effectively avoid the teaching risks,to promote the development of outdoor education in colleges and universities to provide theoretical and practical reference,and its in-depth understanding and grasp the teaching risks and risk factors Strong practical guidance and reference value.This paper uses the method of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to identify,evaluate and deal with the risks in the teaching of outdoor outdoors from the perspective of risk management.Get the following conclusions:1.The reasons for the out-of-school teaching accidents in colleges and universities can be analyzed from the aspects of unsafe behavior and human error,the insecure state of the people and the management mistakes.The outbursts of outdoor education are mainly from teachers,students,equipment,environment and School management in five areas.2.Outside the expansion of teaching from the teachers may encounter four risk factors in the order of strength: knowledge and experience risk,skills,operational risk,psychological risk and physical quality risk.3.Outside the expansion of teaching from the students may appear in the five risk factors according to the strength of the order: technical risk,self-management risk,psychological risk,experience risk and physical risk.4.Outdoor expansion of teaching from the environmental aspects of the seven risk factors may be ranked according to the strong three: extreme weather risk,naturaldisaster risk,epidemic disease risk.5.Outward expansion of teaching from the equipment may encounter the five risks in the order by the strength of the equipment: the operational risk,equipment,quality risk,the number of equipment risk,equipment maintenance risks and equipment,material risk.6.Outward expansion of teaching from the management of the five risks may be encountered in the following categories: professional knowledge risk,contingency risk,management risk,traffic risk and change the time and place risk.7.School outdoor out of teaching risk coping strategies include risk avoidance,reduction,retention,transfer and so on.Specific measures include: the establishment of historical data database;attention to the construction of teacher level;to strengthen the teaching organization of teaching risk prevention and control work;develop risk contingency plans.
