Professional ethics is a doctor's behavior norms,but also the existence of the hospital,the development of the “soul”.However,along with the socialist market economy and to all sorts of temptation,prompting some of China's medical staff of professional ethics “derailment”,contrary to the professional ethics of chaos emerge in endlessly.What are the characteristics of the doctor's self identification and social identity? What influence do they have on doctors' professional ethics? How to according to the characteristics of the physician self identity and social identity,for to enhance the professional ethics of doctors and so on,are purport of this study.The research methods of literature study and questionnaire survey were used in the study.First of all,define the concept and connotation of doctor occupation morality,self identity and social identity;then,by means of literature survey and theoretical thinking to clarify the relevant context,according to the related theory and the actual situation of China's doctors are developed “doctor occupation moral questionnaire”,“doctor identity questionnaire” and “doctor of social identity” the questionnaire of three questionnaires;through the initial test and retest two tests to get the final questionnaire,three questionnaires of internal consistency Cronbach alpha were respectively.822,.864 and.722;finally,randomly from 24 hospitals from 495 doctors were investigated,417 valid questionnaires;using statistical methods of SPSS20.0 correlation the test data analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis,reveal the identity,social identity characteristics and occupation morals;and the party To explore the influence relationship between the three party's self identity,social identity and professional ethics.Through the above research draws four conclusions: the doctor self-identity achievement mainly in type and diffuse type,and the higher the degree,the longer working life,the self development of the higher professional titles of doctors have higher levels of self-esteem and moral reasoning,its level is higher;the overall status of doctor society identity is better,higher education,long period of work,the doctor title high social identity is better;the doctor occupation moral good in general,the higher the degree,the longer working life,the higher the title doctor occupation morality is high,and there are gender differences in the two dimensions of harmonious doctor-patient and norms treatment;the doctor clear cognition and experience their own identity have significant influence on the occupation moral.According to the above four conclusions,combined with ideological and political education in the principles and characteristics and the doctor self-identity and social identity features,the doctors' professional ethics four path of ascension: strengthen recognition of the value of Ideological and political education of doctors;firmly establish the doctor actively sense of self identification;casting doctor correct social identity sense;cultivate doctors' professional ethics self-discipline.
