In recent years, the professional identity of staff in various positions has gradually increased.Professional identity is the subjective construction of the work environment, work content and work value of the individual engaged in the occupation. It also includes the evaluation of the profession by others and society.A person's professional identity will not only affect his or her work status, but also affect his or her professional role and social role. However, research on the field of aged care services is still in its infancy. The so-called home-based pension refers to the socialization of the elderly, who rely on the family as the core, rely on the community, and rely on professional services to provide the elderly who live at home with the main content of solving daily life difficulties. This service model not only satisfies the psychological needs of the elderly relying on the family, but also reduces the daily care burden of family members, and gradually becomes the most popular one in the pension model. However,in the process of home care services, the elderly are the subject of concern, and the needs and emotions of the staff are often neglected. This paper takes Changchun Y Home Care Service Center as the research object, and conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis of the service staff's professional identity. The study found that service personnel in different positions are not comprehensive enough to understand their own professional values and professional belongings. The outside world knows very little about their work, and the service personnel who work in domestic jobs have a low sense of recognition for their own occupations.Mainly manifested in low professional achievement, low work enthusiasm, and poor emotional disposition.Professional identity is a positive evaluation of a person's work and plays an important role in self-definition.Improving the low professional identity of home-based care workers is not only a concern for the people engaged in the work, but more importantly,it can enhance the enthusiasm of the home-based care workers through such interventions, thus making the home-based care service A more sound direction of development. Therefore, based on the theory of cognitive reconstruction, superiority perspective and social interaction, this paper uses the professional method of social work--team work to provide help and support for service personnel, and combines questionnaires and scale test results, which will have the most problems.Aspects: low professional achievement and poor negative emotions are the main targets for group work.Through the development of mutual support group activities, the pressure on the psychological level of service personnel can be released, and the recognition of themselves can be improved,so that services can be provided in a more positive manner and promote the healthy development of home care services. Finally, based on the existing research results,it is expected to improve the professional identity of home-based care workers. It is hoped that through this kind of attempt,it can provide a new perspective for improving professional identity.
