Research On The Realistic Situation And Cultivation Path Of The Positive Character Of Contemporary College Students

Cultivating the positive psychological quality of college students is an important part of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Improving college students' positive psychological quality is not only conducive to the improvement of the level of mental health of college students,but also an important prerequisite for cultivating innovative talents with perfect personality.The reflection of the contemporary college students' psychological quality in the learning interest and the spirit of skepticism,adhere to the perseverance and loving kindness,team spirit and modesty and prudence and firm faith and lofty ideals on special needs further development and training.At the end of the 20 th century,American psychologist Martin Seligman founded the positive psychology,pay attention to from the positive point of view of psychology,that discovery and play the strengths and virtues is to stimulate individual initiative and improve the well-being of the important means.This inspires us to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students,we must change the angle of view,explore the status quo of College Students' psychological quality,and put forward is for,reasonable and feasible ways to cultivate,thus highlighting to improve the ideological and political education in our country,especially important theoretical and practical value of quality of mental health education in Colleges and universities,promote the cultivation of College Students' independent personality.Through the use of Wan Jin Meng,Qun Guan,compiled by Prof.the Chinese college students positive mental quality scale,select 16 different types of colleges and universities from the National University,are selected from different professional 500 college students conducted a questionnaire survey,450 copies of valid samples.Using spss20.0 on recovered samples of data statistics and analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)Of College Students' psychological quality by cognitive,social,emotional,justice,temperance,beyond the six dimensions of composition and its general characteristics general;(2)Learning achievement of college students' psychological quality of the cognitive dimension has significant influence;(3)Professional of positive psychological quality of college students have significantly affected;(4)Grade of positive psychological quality of college students has a significant impact,and so on.Based on Contemporary College Students' psychological quality development,starting from the positive psychology "six dimensions",main path of Cultivating College Students' positive psychological quality,reform the curriculum teaching,and stimulate students a strong interest in learning;encourage innovation in practice,to enhance students' courage to explore the spirit;open communication platform,improve the college students' interpersonal wisdom;perfecting evaluation system,cultivation of College Students' justice integrity.Students are encouraged to actively self reflection,to develop students humble moderation virtue;to guide students to establish lofty ideals and the development of College Students' excellent psychological qualities.
