A New Exploration On The Operation Mode Of Home Comprehensive Organization Based On The Concept Of Community Development And Family Service

People's quality of life and the increasingly diversified demand for public services,private social work agencies conforming to the demand has been actively seeking a breakthrough,to undertake the operation of a home comprehensive center project set by government within the community,with the goal of providing more accurate service,and constantly try to explore new service mode.A new model has been tried by R home service center of T social work organization based on the concept of community development and family service.This article is a case research about the exploration of changing professional service mode in R comprehensive home service center of Guangzhou T social work agency.This service center's old professional service mode is serving teenagers,the elderly,family,rehabilitation and volunteers five areas.And after change,they divided the organization into three parts of the service development department,the Department of family services and volunteer resources department to provide service by coordinating the three departments.Through in-depth interviews with all levels of social workers in comprehensive home service center,to collect information,and its involvement was observed by researchers,after repeated analysis and sorting,I summarized some related problems,(1)R comprehensive home service center changed the service mode as the opportunity came when the country pays more attention to the growing needs of people,the town government pays more attention to community issues,the agency itself takes more energy to accumulate experience and concentrate on industry new philosophy as focusing on community development" and"home service"and some other positive factors.And all these matters is what other same centers need to be considered;(2)describes R in the new mode of content and implementation measures,such as staff adjustment with the change of service mode,service direction changes,implementation of the and so on;(3)analyzed and summarized the new pattern's influence,such as the situation of staff adaptation,the demand feedback,and the professional ethics handling of the conflict between the new service model and the existing evaluation system.The author describes the three key problems and analyze the situation of the new R comprehensive adjustment mode systematically to form a empirical summary,looking forward to helping seek a breakthrough with the experience of working for other comprehensive home service center.Experience was as followed:(1)the operation of the new model should be planned as detailed as possible,and the organization should pay timely attention to the cognition,mood and needs of social workers in different steps of the whole trial operation;(2)Considering the importance of supporting facilities for the new model,the organization should form a complete training system and give professional support in time to promote the maximization of talent efficiency;(3)After integrating the needs and changes of all parties and taking the characteristics of the community into account,the organization have to learn new ideas all the time and explore the most suitable service model;(4)In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary for the organization to persist more in the face of difficulties.I hope that these empirical summaries can give a certain reference to the centers with homogeneity.
