In 2010,China issued the National Program for Medium-and Long-term Education Refor+m and Development(2010-2020),which stated that "priority should be given to the development of preschool education in rural areas and efforts should be made to improve the popularization of preschool education in rural areas".Under the effect of policy,the rural pre-school education development,more and more rural kindergarten built,many preschool teachers kindergartens in rural areas,but part of the beginning teachers in rural kindergarten work time is not long,just walked off the job,for rural teachers lack,this is undoubtedly worse.Therefore,this study aims to study the professional development of new teachers in rural kindergartens,understand the problems and appeals of new teachers in the professional development process,and put forward corresponding Suggestions.This study selected the chuxiong Yi’s autonomous prefecture in yunnan province was three rural kindergarten four attributes as the research object,by the method of qualitative research,through in the kindergarten for up to two months internship in garden,working,learning,and research,with the object of study as a companion,friend,communication and dialogue,based on kindergarten teachers’ professional standards,to the related theory of teacher’s professional development as a guide,in-depth kindergarten on-the-ground research.-This study is based on the Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers and guided by the theories of teacher career cycle and ecosystem.To understand the status quo and demands of the professional development of the four novice teachers from the three dimensions of professional philosophy and ethics,professional k nowledge and professional ability;From the perspective of society,kindergarten and individual teachers,this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the professional development of the four new teachers.The kindergarten training system is not perfect and the teachers’ personal professional development needs are not high.Based on these problems,it is proposed that the local education administrative departments should strengthen the guidance for the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers.The kindergarten teaches at the beginning...
