With the development of science and technology,an increasing number of scholars have paid attention to the blended-learning.Blended-learning is the combination of online and traditional teaching,which is based on the online platform.The blended-learning has been highly thought of,and many scholars have started to study the instruction design based on blended-learning and its application.This paper is based on the instruction design on blended-leaning designed by Professor Huang Ronghuai,and the implementation method designed by Wang Hao.The paper takes the English reading and writing course of the independent college as an example,basing on the New Horizon College English Online platform,and studies the design and the implementation of the instruction design on blended-learning.The paper is to find out the following questions:(1)What is the framework of the instruction design based on blended-learning?(2)How do teachers carry out the specific IDBL?(3)What is the students' attitude and satisfaction?The paper is based on the NHCE online platform,designs the IDBL and the specific IDBL,and the author takes the IDBL into action in two rounds.The subjects of this paper are 82 students from Li Jiang College of Guang Xi Normal University,the paper combines questionnaire and interview to survey students' attitude and satisfaction.The findings of the research indicate that,the IDBL based on NHCE online platform should include frontal analyses,design of strategies,design of activities,design of resources and design of evaluation.In the process of designing IDBL,the teacher should consider more about students' characteristics,especially the learning characteristics,to prepare for the latter designs.As for students' attitude and satisfaction,most of students are satisfied with the blended-learning,and they require the diverse activities and to be the center of the learning.Based on these findings,the thesis concludes that,in the process of design and implementation of IDBL,the teaching should be student-centered,students' learning characteristics should be put stressed on the analysis report,and the teacher should give students more opportunities to take part in the diverse activities.
