At present,all trades are in the rapid development of information technology,the education is also the case.Information literacy as an important and basic literacy of citizens in the information age,since the concept was put forward in the United States in 1974,it has been widely noticed and studied by many countries all over the world.Secondary school teachers play not only as the practitioners of information technology in education,but also as a lifelong learners in the information age.The improvement of there information literacy is an very important pushing to the education informatization and it has a positive and important significance in the whole education cause.In the secondary schools where the education informatization is in the high speed building and developing cause,mobile terminals and other new media forms are being tested and studied in the middle school education and teaching.And the information literacy education of the middle school teachers based on the new media environment is also a realistic subject.Firstly by literature research method,it studies the status of domestic and foreign research about information literacy,together with the fact that many countries have advanced successful experience theory to draw from.And it thus points out that it should be combined with the fact of our country,according to the development of the times,and makes suitable theory framework for China's information literacy and related information literacy standards.Then from the relevant theoretical basis of information literacy education,the research on the theory of constructivism and pan learning is carried out in order to find the relevant theories to support and guide the topic.After the study of the related concepts,combined with the actual working environment of the middle school teachers and the specific needs,it proposes several aspects of basic strategies of cultivating the information literacy of teachers in the new media environment,including changing the way of providing information to improve the information consciousness,knowing about the teachers' habits of using new media to give full play to the characteristics of the new media,information resources construction based on problem solving to improve the effectiveness,of information,and taking advantage of the new environment of social media to enhance the awareness of information security and ethics etc.According to the characteristics of the new media environment,this paper proposes solutions for the design and use of information literacy education resources.Finally,according to the proposed strategy and design scheme,and through the questionnaire survey method as well as corresponding application and case analysis,it draws a conclusion,that is,it will have a more positive and significant role on Teachers' information literacy training in mobile new media environment.The strategies of cultivating information literacy in the new media environment may also provide a practical reference to other related traing.
