Informationization has become the general trend of the development of today’s world,and is an important force to promote social reform and educational development.The deep integration of technology and education deepens the influence of media on education and teaching.Middle school information technology teachers need to constantly improve their adaptability to the media environment to adapt to the development of the information age.To improve the media literacy of middle school information technology teachers is not only the need to promote the development of teachers’ professional ability,but also an important way to achieve intelligent teaching and accurate teaching.Based on the education informatization 2.0 action plan,the construction of talent cultivation highland in guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the development of modern education power,this paper studies the current situation of media literacy of information technology teachers in middle schools in Zhuhai.Based on James Porter’s eight-level media Literacy theory,multimedia learning cognitive theory,media ecology theory,information processing theory,Use and Satisfaction theory,and educational communication theory,The framework of media literacy of middle school information technology teachers is established based on the conceptual framework of integrated Technology Teaching Knowledge(TPACK)by P.Mishra and M.Kolhler and AIPCEK framework by Deng Guomin,Li Yunchun and Zhu Yonghai,and the questionnaire and interview outline are designed according to the framework.Through understanding the problems existing in media literacy of middle school information technology teachers,this paper puts forward the path and implementation content of media training for middle school information technology teachers.Specifically,it includes the following parts:First of all,the importance and necessity of media literacy training for middle school it teachers are understood by introducing the background of the deep integration of education informatization 2.0 action boosting technology and education,the construction of talent cultivation highland in guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the needs of The Times to comprehensively improve teacher literacy.A large number of materials were collected to figure out the stage characteristics of media literacy development and the research status of teachers’ media literacy development at home and abroad,sort out important viewpoints,scientifically and accurately grasp the latest research results and development trends of teachers’ media literacy,and provide new ideas and perspectives for this study.Second,according to the high school information technology teachers’ media literacy framework and indicators,designed for zhuhai high school information technology teachers’ current media literacy of questionnaire and interview outline,basic knowledge of media literacy of middle school information technology teachers,core competence,ethical attitudes and media literacy training four aspects in-depth understanding.Through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,some existing problems of information technology teachers in zhuhai middle schools are found,which provides important reference for the solution of follow-up problems.Thirdly,the paper puts forward the medium training path of middle school information technology teachers based on the problems.In order to improve the media literacy of middle school information technology teachers,this paper puts forward three training paths of different dimensions from the basic knowledge,core ability and ethical attitude of middle school information technology teachers’ media literacy,including multiparty coordination,integration of online and offline,and adherence to educational concepts.Finally,the paper tries to design the implementation content of media literacy for middle school IT teachers,and also carries out corresponding training activities,such as using Tencent conference to realize online classroom teaching,online platform,media literacy courses and relevant books and literature push.In the activity,the middle school information technology teachers’ understanding of media literacy was further strengthened,and the mastery of new skills was promoted,which helped teachers and students to "teach" and "learn" intelligently.
