The development of core literacy in primary and secondary schools requires teachers and educational researchers to explore new classroom models actively.With the rapid development of digital and information technology in the twenty-first Century,the change of media has injected new vitality into education.Supported by the new media can deepen the curriculum reform and construct a new type of learning space,which is helpful for the teachers to adopt the teaching mode of inquiry,heuristic and autonomy.At the same time,the modern teaching scene is helpful to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and innovation ability,construct a new relationship between teachers and students,and promote the comprehensive development of students.In order to fully understand whether the primary and secondary school teachers and students in the city of S can be good to participate in the form of new classroom teaching model and use teaching system supported by new media reasonably and efficiently,the paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire which is based on Taiwan media literacy theory.The research on the media literacy teaching and media literacy of teachers and students involved sixteen primary and secondary schools,each of eight in S city.After selecting,there have 1995 questionnaires valid.Use sociological analysis software for descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and variance analysis of the data;expect the objective data to provide a realistic basis for the application of strategy research.The overall situation from the data analysis shows that the new media in the region integrated into the teaching situation is good,teachers can recognize the significance of media literacy in education,and to pay attention to their own professional growth of media literacy.The research also found that although the teacher's attitude and use of the new media are more optimistic,but there are still some problems,such as the neglect of students' life and media habits,in the aspect of professional development is the lack of initiative.The investigation of the students' media literacy is not high,because of the lack of comparability;it is difficult to determine the level of media literacy of the students from an objective point of view.However,through the data analysis,we can know more about the students' learning in the new media environment.This paper is to investigate the overall situation in primary schools' and secondary schools' teachers and students media literacy and the integration of new media into classroom teaching,based on a full understanding of the teaching environment,combined with the characteristic and theory of new media,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for the application of new media in classroom teaching from the following two aspects: the choice of media equipment and the screening of media content.
