Teachers' professional identity is a kind of individual teacher's professional for itself a positive attitude,strong professional identity is the most stable power in teacher career.Throughout most of existing research,the research on teachers' professional identity is mainly concentrated in the in-service teachers,and less attention to student teacher.Student teachers' professional identity is a student teacher' awareness in the future career,its high and low professional identity is directly related to their career choice,affect their stability and development.The author as a student teacher,assume the teaching work,the story of the teacher can be empathy,which is the author of the initial research power.This study with different gender,major four student teachers as the research object,used the narrative research methods,combined with interviews and material collection,selected the key events and key figures influenced student teacher professional identity for analysis.This paper presents the story of four student teachers in the education practice,each student teacher internship experience is not to copy,but is thinking and exploring,these stories can arouse the sympathy and consideration of readers.The study mainly uses semi-structured interviews and individual interviews,through the object of the study and the researcher's questioning,in-depth study of the inner world.This study of professional identity dimensions including vocational cognition,vocational emotion and vocational conduct,vocational cognition is a basic understanding of the teacher profession,including teachers should possess the knowledge,skills,which is the basis of professional identity;vocational emotion is student teachers on teachers' professional enthusiasm,belief,whether sincerely accepted by internship school,as well as the relationship between teachers and students,which is the core of professional identity;vocational conduction is the ability of the teacher to form the basic education and teaching ability for self-development and career development,including the ability to form through the lecture? "grinding class" and teaching reflection,etc.,which is the embodiment of cognition and emotion.The researchers drew conclusions from the narrative of four student teachers:critical incident is a double-edged sword of professional identity of teachers,significant others are the catalyst for the professional identity of teachers,the environment of the practice school is the external help of the teacher's professional identity,professional happiness is the internal driving force of professional identity of teachers.According to the conclusions,the researchers put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects,mainly from normal schools,training schools and individual teachers to practice the narrative,in order to provide a targeted strategy for the establishment of student teachers occupation identity.
