Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Personal Safety Management In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,under the strong support of the state,the development of secondary vocational schools is faster,and the scale of running schools is expanding.In order to protect the personal safety of the students,the relevant government departments issued a number of policies,the school as a direct management department has also developed a number of appropriate safety management system.Compared with the rapid development of secondary vocational schools,there are still many problems in the management of personal safety.The personal safety of students in secondary vocational school is not only the basis of teaching activities,but also the core of family stability.How to protect the personal safety of students,to avoid injury to students is a very important management task of secondary vocational schools,is also a very high degree of social concern focus.This study is based on the student’s personal safety management,learn from the relevant research results at home and abroad,design questionnaire and interview outline to carry out research work,The scope of the investigation is the personal safety management of 3 secondary vocational school students in D city,covers automotive applications and maintenance,auto body repair technology,computer application technology,accounting computerization,tourism services and management,preschool education,mechanical processing technology and mechanical and electrical equipment installation and maintenance.The research objects are the students in the school,the students in the internship,the teachers,the parents and the managers,the research content is the school safety management system construction,safety education quality of teaching activities,students’ personal safety management,the collective activities of students personal safety management,safety management of independent living and moving students personal safety management as well as students practice and post practice.In this study,the results of the survey data statistics and analysis,summed up the secondary vocational school students’ personal safety management problems,the main building of the school system is not perfect,the effect of safety education is poor,lack of teaching activities and safety management,inadequate supervision of collective activities,internships are not standardized,the students lack of ability,poor environmental safety management problems of the multi angle,multi-level research.In order to solve the existing student safety management problems,paper puts forward the perfect safety management system,innovation management,countermeasures to improve the quality and safety management,put forward participatory,changing ideology and Countermeasures to establish a good social environment.This study has theoretical significance and practical significance.On the one hand,it has theoretical guidance significance to improve the management of personal safety,to improve the quality and safety management,prevention of students’ personal safety problem and realize the cultivation of all-round development,with comprehensive occupation ability,high-quality workers and skilled personnel for production line services work target,on the other hand,it also provides practical significance for the theoretical research.
