A Study Of Enterprise Staff’s Lack Of Personal Security

Since entering the new century, Chinese economy enters a period of rapid growth, Companies from all walks life increased year by year, at the same time, many problems came out. Such as mine accident, fire of illegal production, and those employees disabled on the job and the other accidents seems to increase rapidly these years,and because of the poor supervision,the casualties in the enterprises increased year by year, which highlights the individual companies in terms of staff personal safety awareness is not high. In this paper,we make the large poultry processing enterprises fire accident in city C recently as an example, the enterprise had been lack of production safety supervision and didn’t build a safeguard system for the staff, after the fire, many staff got injured and dead in this accident, leading companies eventually cannot afford, and put great pressure on the government. Based on this case,we did a deep research and analysis and interviewed some enterprises.Thus we demonstrated the importance of establishing safeguard system, properly handle the relationship between the employees’ safeguard and enterprises’benefit maximization,the relationship between the employees’ safeguard and market competition, the relationship between the employees’ safeguard and the social harmony, thus we can effectively solve the social sudden problems and establish a healthy social order, and lay a good foundation for safe production and healthy development in enterprises. In this paper, we try to point out the relationship between the long-term development of the enterprise and the promotion for the staff to establish safeguard system of coordination, and make a guiding function for enterprise employees’ job security, health care, welfare security system.By enterprises to employees in the field of security of change and development of the research exploration along with the development of the society establish the importance of enterprise staff security system, and reasonable to construct the security system of the enterprise employees to better implementation, is an important foundation for the healthy development of enterprises.
