Research On The Personal Safety Of Girls In Vocational Colleges

With the development of economy and society, the influence and assault of social contradictions and undesirable conduct to colleges are increasing. The cases of personal, property infringement to female college students are increasing year by year in addition to open schools and the socialization transformation of universities rear service. It is increasingly become an urgent and realistic problem for the government, the society and the colleges to take effective measures to resolutely crack down the illegal infringement of female college students and make great efforts to create a public space for female college student safety.This study investigates safety awareness, personal safety, property safety, psychological safety and social safety through the interview questionnaire and cases of female college students’, taking an example of W vocational college that is an demonstrated vocational college. The results shows that the occurrence of safety accidents is high, the safety precaution consciousness is weak, the phenomenon of vulnerable to personal injury, property theft and deception highlights, psychological safety issues are can not be ignored and they are easy to fall into the trap of social security. Therefore, the author concludes, the development of society and the change of the situation bring more space and stage for the growth of female undergraduates, which have great desire and temptation for them. However, simplicity. Kindness, fragility, inadequate preparation and social prejudice make them a target against the tendency of lawbreakers. Therefore, the female college students are in a weak position on the issue of security.This article analyses the reasons of the safety of female college students based on the theory of social gender. The external causes include the adverse effect of traditional gender stereotypes of female growth and development, the deficiency of safety management of newly upgraded higher vocational colleges and the badness of the overall security environment society, etc. The internal causes are the characteristics of the female students themselves, they are:the poor safety awareness, the deficiency of prevention measures, the insufficient attention paid on the safety problem.Therefore, this study suggests that the management of higher vocational colleges should pay attention to and respect the personality characteristics of female college students, strengthen the guard force, security measures for female college students establish and improve the public space of safety for female college students. Simultaneously, to strengthen the safety education for female college students, to guide the female college students actively concerned about their physical and mental health, to help them improve their safety awareness and ability. The government and society should pay more attention to the safety problem of female university, integrate various forces, crack down on illegal and criminal activities involving the female college students, strengthen the construction of legal system, consummate the laws and regulations for the protection of female college students, from which to curb the illegal violation of female college students and build a good environment for the healthy growth of female college students.
